With private trackers, Power User status really has its privileges. Many of the major trackers have assigned ‘Community Reps’ who recruit new members for other trackers, and some trackers allow members to post invite giveaways & trades in their forums. So if you can prove yourself a valuable member at one tracker, you’ll quite easily be able to find an invitation to a variety of other ones - you just need to know where to look. For example, when you become a Power User at Libble.com (5 GB uploaded, ratio of 1.05, 4 weeks), you can get yourself into What.cd (without having to go through their IRC quiz), which then opens the door for many other invites. With a little bit of hard work and some time, you’ll soon have an account at practically any tracker you ever wanted. Here’s a list of private trackers’ forums that recruit (or allow invites/giveaways to) other private BitTorrent sites:
Be advised, in all likelihood you’ll already need to be a Power User in order to view most of these links.
BitGamer (PU) — Has separate threads to request and give invites for Power Users and above.
BitMe.org — Unlimited invites to ScL (PUs and up only). Also see this link:

BitMeTV — Invites forum section is available to VIP and Elite members only (not PUs).
Cinemageddon (PU) — No ‘community reps’, but members offer invites to a variety of other trackers (including trades) in this popular invite thread.
Demonoid (All Classes) — Has a very popular "invite offers" forum in the ‘General’ section. To view this thread, you’ll need to have previously registered separately to the "Demonoid Fora".
Gazelle.Fuxor.eu — Offers an Invites thread (for giveaways - not requests).
Goem (PU) — PU members can find invites to Waffles.
HDBits.org (1080i) — HDbits.org has a forum for external trackers, although you must be 1080i in order to access it. There are two threads, one which offers unlimited invites (i.e. recruitment) to various trackers (including x264, Waffles, MV, iFi, SDBits), and one where members offer a limited # of invites. You can get some great sites from there.
Karagarga — The popular thread for invites has been deleted recently; however, there’s been quite a bit of talk about its revival found here.
Libble.com (PU) — What.cd, Goem, SaveTheCoratee - (forum link for invites).
NorBits — Has an invite section in the forums, available to Power Users & up.
Pedro’s BTMusic — Offers official invites to Cinematik and HorrorCharnel
Pisexy (Power Whore) — Music-vid.com
PtN — Music-vid.com, What.cd & Waffles.fm.
PureTNA — Has a popular forum for a large collection of torrent sites & corresponding invites/requests.
RevolutionTT — Pretty straight-forward: "Asking for/Trading of invites is not allowed anywhere on the site. Do not discuss other trackers in the forums."
SaveTheCoratee (PU) — Has an invite thread available to Power Users and up.
SceneHD — Has an invite request and giveaway thread available to collector’s and specialists.
SCC — Has a ’sticky’ thread for unlimited invites to What.cd.
ScL [clover] — If you’re already in here, you probably don’t have a problem finding any other site.
ScT (PU) — Waffles, and others.
TemplateP2P — Has a popular invites thread here with a variety of giveaways and requests.
TheBox.bz — Has a thread called "Other BitTorrent Sites" with active chats and ‘official’ threads for a variety of other trackers, including BitMeTV, Waffles, tv.torrents.ro, tvtorrents.com, and others.
ThePirateSociety — Has a "Tracker Recruitment" thread which includes LzTr, CartoonChaos, TorrentKids, Acid-Lounge, SyncTheBits, PtN, Wunza, and Scene-Inspired. Smart trackers utilize the potential for finding valuable members at TPS, in contrast to having open public signups, or having their invites loosely handed out.
TorrentLeech — See RevolutionTT. Torrent-Bytes, and PussyTorrents: same thing - not allowed.
TTi.nu (PU) — Has a newer, cleaned up Invites 2.0 thread, where members can post their invites - most are trades.
TV.Torrents.ro — Has a “Request/Giveaway” thread in the ‘General’ section of the forums.
Underground-Gamer (PU) — Karagarga, IPtorrents, CartoonChaos, Ntorrents, Waffles, and many others.
VortexNetwork — Has some invite giveaways/trading? in the Around The Web forum.
Waffles (PU) — Has an user-submitted invites thread here. Thread is cleaned up regularly, and offers a varying assortment of private trackers. As of now, there’s Christian Torrents, BwT, Bit-HDTV, Demonoid, Karagarga, TorrentiT, and a whack of others. There’s another thread here for CRs/staff members (aka. recruiters) which also contains a large group of trackers (Goem, FTM, StC, HorrorCharnel, HDBits, and more).
What.cd (PU) — Offers an impressive list of other tracker invites and recruitment threads. Currently, there’s over 100 trackers in the list, including some high-end sites, such as ScL (clover), SCC, Goem, Karagarga, Cinematik, x264, LzTr, Pedro’s BT, RevoTT, MusicVids, HDBits, BlackCat’s, Brokenstones, Secret-Cinema, iFi, PtN, and others that are exclusively found only on What.cd.
**Disclaimer** for finding an invite to What.cd: Getting an invite from other trackers through forums or giveaways is forbidden, and if you’re found out, it can be disastrous. Do so at your own risk. For safety, use a proper community rep, such as through Libble.com, or elsewhere.
x264.me (PU) — There’s a giveaway thread in their forum, most stuff is older though.
