This is all but an exhaustive list of trackers and their requirements for minimum seed times (on individual torrents), minimum overall (global) account ratios, and inactivity time (in which you’ll get disabled for not logging in to the site and/or not using the tracker). These are to be used as a guideline only, and are subject to change. Each tracker has an FAQ or Rules section that stipulates most of these, especially useful in the event of new or unique rules.

Acid-Lounge

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.5. If your ratio is not kept up and it falls below 0.5, you will be issued a warning. If your ratio remains below 0.5 for 10 days, you will be demoted to n00b status, and you will only be allowed to have a maximum of 2 active torrents. As a n00b, your account will be automatically disabled by the system if your ratio has not increased above 0.65 within two weeks.
Min. Seed Time: 1:1 or 72 hours, non-contiguous.
Inactivity: 30 days (on the tracker).

Bit-HDTV

Min. (Overall) Ratio: System depends on overall downloaded GBs:
0.30 — 0-20GB
0.40 — 20-50GB
0.50 — 50-100GB
0.60 — 100-200GB
0.70 — 200+ GB
Min. Seed Time: unknown
Inactivity: 50 days

BitMe

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.5. If your ratio is not kept up and it falls below 0.5, you will be issued a warning. If your ratio remains below 0.5 for 10 days, you will be demoted to n00b status, and you will only be allowed to have a maximum of 2 active torrents. As a n00b, your account will be automatically disabled by the system if your ratio has not increased above 0.65 within two weeks.

BitMeTV (BMTV)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.5
Min. Seed Time: New members (members with accounts less than 4 weeks old) and members with a ratio below 1.00 should always continue to seed for at least 48 - 72 hours or until they reach a upload to download ratio of 1:1, whichever comes first. Members with ratios above 1.00 may stop seeding immediately after download, if the torrent has a seeder to leecher ratio of 6:1 or higher.
Inactivity: 30 days (on the tracker) for new accounts (0:0 ratio). 60 days for all other accounts. Accounts with less than 175MB in total Upload / Download activity per month may be disabled.

Blackcat’s Games (BCG)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: Individual torrent ratio more important (0.8 for accounts with more than 4 GB downloaded).
Min. Seed Time: Blackcat’s has their own unique ‘Seed Points’ system which allows users to get 1:1 ratio by just keeping torrent active for some time which varies from the size of downloaded data.
Inactivity: 60 days (parked 90 days)

Brokenstones

Min. (Overall) Ratio: BS employs a somewhat intricate system (based on total GB downloaded) to determine global ratios. They vary between 0.33 and 0.90, depending on DL.
Min. Seed Time: unknown
Inactivity: Accounts with nothing uploaded/ downloaded after 4 weeks, and are inactive for a week are pruned.

BTMusic (Pedro’s)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.8

Min. (Overall) Ratio: You do not need to keep a good ratio until you have downloaded over 5GB. The minimum ratio you must keep after that is:
0.25 — 5 GB
0.40 — 10 GB
0.50 — 25 GB and up

DeepBassNine

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.3 is bare minimum, but 1.0 is optimal for healthy account
Min. Seed Time: no mention of this; 1:1 on individual torrents is key.

Demonoid

Min. (Overall) Ratio: Apparently none. The ratio system is purely statistical and somewhat innacurate for the ones with shared or dynamic ips. Besides what other users may think of you for not sharing, there is no punishment for having a low ratio.
Min. Seed Time: N/A.
Inactivity: Time not specifically mentioned, "the site will automatically set it as inactive after some time."

DigitalHive (DH)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 1.0 is optimal for healthy account
Min. Seed Time: 1:1 ratio, or 72 hours.
Inactivity: 42 days

Empornium

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 1.0 is optimal, although:
0.50 — 0 - 8 GB
0.55 — 8 - 15 GB
0.60 — 15 - 30 GB
0.65 — 50+ GB

FtN

Min. (Overall) Ratio: none; ratio-free tracker. If you were not already aware, there’s no ‘minimum seeding time’ requirement on all torrents. That’s not a free license to hit ‘n’ run. You’re not forced to seed to a minimum of 1:1 ratio or for ‘x’ hours but you’re expected to seed for as long as possible. This has been implemented on a trial basis, keeping faith and assuming goodwill on the part of the matured torrent community of FTN. It’s up to the members to make or break it. Leech and seed all you want. Repeated abusers will be dealt with.

Inactivity: 42 days

Min. (Overall) Ratio: System depends on overall download GBs:

0.30 — 25-50GB

Min. Seed Time: 48 hours

Min. Seed Time: 1:1 ratio, or 48 hours (contiguous seeding). If 48 hours straight cannot be done, then 72 hours (non-contiguous) seeding must be done with 7 days.

HDBits.org

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.45 for accounts that have more than 10 GB downloaded.
Min. Seed Time: Users with a ratio below .45 & who downloaded more than 10 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. They will be able to leech 2 torrents. If they don’t fix their ratio after 2 weeks they will be automatically demoted to upscale and limited to 2 torrents max. Upscales will have 2 weeks to increase their ratio or their account will be deleted. Anyone downloading more than 90GB with a ratio less than .2 will be banned.
Inactivity: If you up/download less than 1 GB per week (approximately), your account is considered to be "inactive". This is an average value; you are not forced to actually up/download 1 GB every week.

iPlay.ro

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.30 for accounts that have downloaded more than 1 GB.
Min. Seed Time: Users with a ratio below .3 & who downloaded more than 1 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. They will be able to seed/leech 5 torrents. If they don’t fix their ratio after 2 weeks they will be automatically demoted to Peasant and limited to 2 torrents max. Peasants will have 2 weeks to increase their ratio or their account will be deleted.

Min. Seed Time: Seed every torrent back for at least 72 hours (no need to be contiguous).

Min. (Overall) Ratio: This has been recently lowered as of Oct 16/08. New stats:
10-20 Gb — Minimum share ratio: 0.1. Warning period: 2 weeks.
20-30 Gb — Minimum share ratio: 0.2. Warning period: 2 weeks.
30-40 Gb — Minimum share ratio: 0.3. Warning period: 3 weeks.
40-50 Gb — Minimum share ratio: 0.4. Warning period: 1 month.
50-75 Gb — Minimum share ratio: 0.5. Warning period: 1 month.
75-100 Gb — Minimum share ratio: 0.6. Warning period: 6 weeks.
100 Gb or more — Minimum share ratio: 0.7. Warning period: 2 months.

Romanian Metal Torrents (metal.iplay.ro)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: Accounts older than 8 weeks and with a ratio below 0.3 are disabled.
Min. Seed Time: Seed every torrent back for at least 72 hours. H&R’s are not tolerated, even with users who have good ratios.
Inactivity: Inactive accounts are pruned after 60 days from the last recorded activity. Parked accounts are deleted after 6 months from the last recorded activity.

SCC

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.75 (after the first 7 GBs)
Min. Seed Time: 1:1 ratio on individual torrents, or 36 hours.
Inactivity: 30 days

ScL (Clover)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: unknown
Min. Seed Time: Regular torrents - 60 hours (not contiguous, but within 7 days). For freeleech torrents, either a 3:1 ratio, or 60 hours seeded.
Inactivity: 14 days for Cadets; 28 days for Privates; 35 days for Corporals. Parked accounts: 60 days for all classes.

SceneHD

Min. (Overall) Ratio: 0.8 - but be aware that all torrents are counted as 1:2, so seeding stats are easier.
Min. Seed Time: We have a ratio system here on SceneHD.org that only registers 50% of what you download. And you must keep your ratio at or above 0.8. If your ratio goes below that, you will recieve a warning and you have five days to fix it.
Inactivity: 42 days

ScT

Min. Seed Time: 1:1 ratio, or 72 hours for regular torrents. All ‘packs’ (freeleech) should be seeded for 120 hours.

TheDVDClub (TDC)

Min. (Overall) Ratio: N/A - Individual torrent stats are watched more closely than the global ratio.
Min. Seed Time: 0.7 ratio on individual torrents, or 72 hours. However if after 72 hours of continuous seeding with 0 leechers on that torrent, then and only then may you stop your torrent below the minimum ratio.
Inactivity: User account which are inactive and do not have any history (upload /download /posts/ etc) are deleted after 14 days.

Torrent-Damage

Min. (Overall) Ratio: System depends on overall downloaded GBs:
1-2.5 GB = 0.005 ratio
2.5-5 GB = 0.075
5-10 GB = 0.10
10-15 GB = 0.20
15-20 GB = 0.30

The right column indicates the minimum ratio for the tier. For example, if you download 42 GB, your tier would be 45, and your ratio would be 0.30. If you have downloaded anything, tiers will be highlighted to indicate if you match the ratio for the tiers. Green indicates that you meet the ratio, red means you do not.
