SeedMore - The Hidden Blog Tracker

Under normal circumstances FSF doesn’t often review older trackers, as torrent forums pretty much have this market adequately cornered. But since we couldn’t find a review on Seedmore.org anywhere, we thought we’d put it out there. On the surface SeedMore is a Wordpress blog, very much similar to yours truly, except without all the P2P content. But underneath the bogus blog, there lies a well-established private tracker with more than 13,800 torrents. We should also mention that they’re open for registration.

SeedMore uses a highly-customized tracker codebase. Below are just some of their unique features:

  • • Advanced Bonus System: Bonus is calculated as Clams (aka.. Clam$), which can be achieved by seeding (1.0 Clam per seeding hour per torrent), as well as for idling in their IRC channels. Clam$ can be used to purchase ‘VIP’ and other bribery in the clam$ bonus page, as well as to gamble in the games section (called Atlantic City).
  • • Atlantic City (Gaming Room): SeedMore has regular arcade games, but also contains some unique gambling games that don’t exist on other trackers, such as various casino games (dice, slots, poker, etc) - and seed bonus (Clam$) can be wagered throughout many of these games. TIP: A working knowledge of poker can earn members quick Clam$ if you know how to gamble!
  • • "Ask A Favor": If a member wants a torrent that can’t be found onsite, all someone has to do is "Ask a Favor" (make a request) for it. This also goes for reseed requests, which can also be requested through IRC as well as directly through the site.
  • • Seeding/Ratio: All torrents are required to be seeded to a 0.75 ratio or 120 hours (non-contiguous), as well as maintaining a global ratio of 1.0.

With friendly staff and a tight group of members, SeedMore is as much about community as they are about the torrents. The theme is a ‘mafioso’ one - everything is related to the mob.

Content: Just about all mainstream scene releases can be found on the tracker, with competitive pretimes on the torrents. Can’t find it? Then request it through "Ask A Favor". SeedMore has a team of uploaders that can seek the torrent and bring it to the tracker. Staff will respond to this favor and make the need known.

Speed: Most everything ‘new’ is hosted through multiple site seedboxes to ensure fast DL speeds. Seedbox-hosted torrents are specially marked with an easy-to-identify symbol.

Packs: Offers a variety of special packs, including daily 0Day (apps) packs, as well as ‘portable’ packs. All ‘packs’ are always freeleech.
