It’s been just over three months since AnimaTooniC stormed the BitTorrent scene. This Anime, Cartoons, Manga and Comics tracker has really evolved into something special - and now for the first time ever, they’ve opened up public signups. That’s right - no need to ask for an invite in IRC; and no recruitment through reps. Just go and sign up!
When we first reported about ATC, it was clear that this was a team looking to create a special tracker. A lot has changed since then; the site has been completely redesigned with a slew of newly added features - including:
- • New Karma system - Karma is earned throughout the site (forum posts, participation, torrent comments, etc. as well as for seeding torrents) and can be exchanged in the Karma Shop.
- • Shows listing - Since cartoons & anime is mostly episodic & series’, ATC has added a Shows link to group show titles, directors and comics/manga by title.
- • Collages - Similar to Shows, collages are a collection of torrents based on themes.
- • Browser-based IRC chatting, customized and built into Gazelle.
- • A focus on seasons, series’ & other large packs.
