— Romanian/English tracker that started up in February ‘09 - currently lists 632 active torrents. Content is a real mixed-bag of stuff - lots of apps and packs. There’s also a large collection of Romanian subtitles for most of their offered films, available as http downloading in zip files.

— Officially online for the just two weeks, DarkForce is a new Gazelle ‘general’ tracker, lists 400 torrents (200 of which are movies). They’ve incorporated a points system (called "Honor") whereby accumulated points can be converted into upload credit.

— New French tracker for HD movie releases only, almost everything is freeleech (anything 10 GB and up). Rips include BluRay, 1080p, 720p, x264. Currently there are no forums at ZoubHD.

— Only a week old, Impact has already amassed over 80 active torrents and 452 members. It’s a Romanian (and English) general tracker, but carries a good assortment of DVDRs.

— Another French tracker is Hadopeer. Minimum ratio is 0.5 on the site. One thing worth mentioning is that the site is SSL, or HTTPS. Lists over 1,900 torrents, although a majority of them are dead.
