There are literally thousands of private BitTorrent websites. Most of them fall into the "general" category and contain a hodgepodge of mixed content. Others cater specifically to a particular genre of torrent:

This should now unlock the torrent forums (in the /~comic link) - scroll all the way to the bottom. Also, some of the torrents can be found by browsing the actual trackers - i.e. http://trackerb.zcultfm.com:6969/. Proper site searching now should also work (after registering and posting 1 article).
