Recently-launched TrackerChecker.org is a new web service for finding private BitTorrent sites that are open to new signups. TrackerChecker currently boasts 185 private trackers on its list, with more being added all the time.

What makes this service special is that anyone can add a tracker to the search list - and it’s growing. Sites on the list are updated about every 6 minutes, and a quick browser refresh will update the results. Alternately, the Check4Change (C4C) Firefox extension is a great addon to monitor any changes to individual trackers in the list.
A similar service to TrackerChecker is http://www.btracs.com, which currently incorporates 276 private sites into its torrent crawl.
